Setup & Delivery
De-Stage & Close
We start by making an assessment of your home to determine the staging needs. After building a customized plan, we set a day where our team will come wrap, load and deliver the staging items. With your home setup and staged, you are set and we'll come de-stage when our job is done.

Different Types of Staging
Staging Vacant Homes
Staging Occupied Homes
An empty room shows its flaws and typically looks smaller than it really is.
It is important to depersonalize the space and make the home inviting.
We offer a room-by-room assessment of the home to help get it picture ready.

Co-Founder of So Chic a home staging company based in New Jersey. Received a Bachelors degree in Business Management. With 20 years experience in the interior design industry, my love for interior design and transformation led me to begin Home Staging. My expertise & “designer’s eye” give me the ability to stage a home in a way that will capture the buyer’s imagination which in-turn will allow them to connect emotionally with the home. With services to fit everyone’s needs and budgets, I will transform the house into a stunning showcase that will stand out from the crowd.
As Co-Founder on So Chic Home Stylist Christina has worn many hats in her sales career, from owner to project manager and agent, Christina understands the complexities of the real estate market from many angles. After receiving a Bachelor in Management and Computer Science, she focused on project management and development.
Christina’s love for real estate and home staging runs deep; she purchased, remodeled, and sold her first home at age 25. She since became a project manager for several single family homes helping families build from the ground up. Her experience in project management allows her to give context and guidance to clients looking to take on projects from cosmetic fixes to full scale remodels.
We have partnered with professionals in the business that will help in making your home market ready.
Hire a professional house cleaning service to make your home appealing. A less-than-clean home can cost the seller thousands off the sale price or completely turn away potential buyers.
Consider hiring a professional in the field to help get the home picture ready. Home prices aren’t merely a reflection of raw square footage. Appraisers take into account recent updates, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and a variety of other factors.
An attractive view from the street can help sell your home and extend your property value as well as the neighborhood’s value.
